Is it possible to allow people to pick more than one RMM tool? Auvik's network infrastructure RMM, for example, works well in combination with an endpoint RMM solution like Continuum or ConnectWise Automate.

Good question Jennifer - We use N-able (for bushes clients) and Labtech for residential
ReplyDeleteLook forward to the results. If anything, I would like to see more emphasis put on the staff at the various vendors. I have poor experiences with 3 vendors, which is why using Continuum is the right choice for us. I would use them if the technology was less competent (no really). And they respond well to the MSP's when developing new offerings.

I'll have to do this again in a year or so.
