I worked for a manager who worked this way. She was always ready with advice and support, but she was also humble enough to seek ideas and advice from others. It's a continuous state of mentoring and being mentored. I feel that's the way all companies should run. This seems to go along with what the <a href="https://nazarianinstitute.org" rel="nofollow">Nazarian Institute</a> promotes. The managers can be valuable sources of advice and support, but other employees with differing life experiences and backgrounds can also serve as mentors to their supervisors. It's a give and takes that leads to high morale within the workplace.
